 Southern Yabby FarmsOur main product that we process is live yabbies, the live yabby (cherax albidus ) was introduced to Western Australia from Victoria, they were disease free. Under the watchful eye of the research team from state fisheries WA, the yabby is still today free of any disease. They live naturally in Western Australian waters which are renown for their pristine conditions and pollution free environment. We are also processing live Marron ( Cherax tenuimanus ) Western Australian fresh water crayfish, this is another fresh water crustacean that come from a pollution free environment and are highly sought-after throughout the world. |
